Bolognese Soup

Bolognese is a classic Italian pasta sauce that's made with ground beef, vegetables, and wine. It's traditionally cooked low and slow to develop rich, robust flavors. It's hearty and really tasty. I use fennel seasoning vs. chopping a bulb and I use shaved Parmesan vs. a hunk of rind, but I'm sure following the recipe exactly would be equally or more delicious!"
